About Guernsey Estates
Our Story
We are a family owned and operated bakery from Neenah, Wi. Our flour blend consists of heirloom variety whole grains grown & stone milled in Wisconsin. Our yeast is a natural leaven with no additives. We are always aiming high to achieve the perfect crumb and to ensure that the bread you buy from us is delicious, healthy, and easily digestible. Started in 2022, with a dream to go pro but ended up continually being pulled back into the community to form relationships around the table. We have homesteaders on both sides of our family and it wasn’t long after we married that we stepped into the homesteading lifestyle. It was rewarding, slowed us down, and allowed us to feed and sustain our family in all aspects of life. We aspire to share this passion with those around us. Our hope is to instill this lifestyle within others as it speaks about in Acts 2:42 - "They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer."
